About the Retreat

This retreat is co-hosted by Lisa and Lesya, two experienced facilitators who bring together complementary energies to create a safe and transformative space. Through guided breathwork, movement, meditation, and connection with the natural elements, you will embark on a journey to awaken and balance your chakras - allowing you to gently release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your divine femininity.
